How does it work?
I am a Level 1 Certified Metabolic Typing® Advisor (CMTA Level 1), trained by the Metabolic Typing® Education Center under William Wolcott, author of the bestseller The Metabolic Typing® Diet. I will provide you with a computerized, scientific test, an interpretation of its results, a thorough action plan, and the tools to carry it out.
You can take the Advanced Metabolic Typing® Test and consult in person or by phone. If you are located near Albany, NY then a personal meeting is ideal, but a phone consultation is also effective. Follow-up coaching appointments are highly recommended to help you fine-tune your new eating plan.

Customized Holistic Lifestyle Program: $175
This program provides a complete Holistic Lifestyle Assessment and Program Design. A Current Health Analysis is provided and shows the current health levels of 28 systems of your body, levels of toxicity, and the total amount of stress you are experiencing. The Customized Holistic Lifestyle Program includes an action plan to reach your goals while simultaneously reducing stress levels and improving health. Program design is based on your goals, your assessment results and your financial and time constraints. A one-hour digitally recorded session is included to discuss your assessment results and program.
Advanced Metabolic Typing Program: $195
This program provides the online Advanced Metabolic Typing® Questionnaire, a one-hour digitally recorded results session, and a complete results packet. The results packet consists of your test results, Recommended Diet Plan, “Using Your Diet Plan” article, Metabolic Typing® Guide, Herbs & Spices Usage Guide, tips to finding the ideal fuel mix, Fine-Tuning Guidelines, Diet Check Record Sheets, Sample Menus and additional resources. The need for follow-up sessions varies by individual. Usually, the more compliant the individual is with completing the “Diet Check Record Sheets” initially, the less he/she needs follow-up sessions. Follow-up sessions are $100 per one-hour* session, or $25 per 1/4 hour*. Supplements are only recommended as needed to complement the Metabolic Typing® Diet. Please budget $100-$200 for Ultra Life Supplements based on your Metabolic Type® (***if needed***). The initial supply can last from 1-3 months, depending on the individual and the quantities ordered.
Ultimate Customized Holistic Lifestyle Program: $325 [or $375]
This program provides 2 components: the “Customized Holistic Lifestyle Program” and “Advanced Metabolic Typing® Program”. TWO one-hour digitally audio-recorded results sessions (one hour recorded Advanced Metabolic Typing results session and one hour Holistic Lifestyle Assessment results). Clients have the option of purchasing a digital video-recorded Energizing Exercise Program to complement your “Holistic Lifestyle Program” for an additional $50.00 (One hour of instruction is digital video-recorded). The energizing exercises are different than more traditional exercises in that their focus is to increase energy, improve mental clarity, improve sense of awareness, improve athletic ability, disappearance of chronic ailments, tighter and more youthful looking skin, brighter eyes, and an increased ability to sense others’ feeling and thoughts.
Ultimate Customized Exercise & Holistic Lifestyle Program: $750
This program provides 4 components: 1) 2-4 Hour Physical Assessment, 2) Customized Exercise Program Design (1.5-hour value) including the “Customized Holistic Lifestyle Program” and the “Advanced Metabolic Typing Program”. 3) TWO one-hour digitally audio-recorded results sessions to go over your Advanced Metabolic Typing Test results and program, your Physical, Holistic Lifestyle Assessment results, and your Customized Corrective/Performance Exercise Program. 4) Program Instruction includes 3-4 hours of teaching you your stretching program and exercise program. The stretching program and exercise program will also be recorded on a DVD for you. You are guaranteed ten hours of contact time with Paul. If there is extra time left over after your program is implemented you have the option to receive Neuromuscular Therapy, Personal Training, or Holistic Lifestyle Coaching for the balance of your time.
Holistic Lifestyle or Metabolic Typing Coaching: $100 per hour or $25 per quarter hour
