You’re in Good Hands! Paul Jensen, Jr. started his career path in the exercise and health industry in 1996 as the first strength and conditioning intern at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA. There he worked with several athletes who participated in the Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA. After obtaining his B.S. in Fitness Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, he became the first Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. While at Canisius, Paul worked with the school’s 22 Division I-A teams and over 500 athletes. Upon graduation, he started Siena College’s first strength and conditioning program. He worked with the school’s 360 athletes and 19 Division I-A athletic teams for over three years. Paul is a licensed massage therapist in the state of New York and specializes in the St. John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy (Certified Neuromuscular Therapist). In addition, he is the only Level IV C.H.E.K. Practitioner in Upstate NY as well as a Level II C.H.E.K. Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, C.H.E.K. Certified Golf Biomechanic, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) and U.S.A. Weightlifting Club Coach. He is also certified by Healthexcel as a Level I Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor (CMTA). Paul has been fortunate in his career to have had the opportunity to work with over 1,000 athletes and clients.
